What to include

For a problem report, include your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, EpubLib version, what you were trying to do, and the steps that reproduce the problem.

Include the exact error message when one appears. Please do not attach publications, personal notes, backups, or other private files unless support specifically requests them.

Import help

EpubLib imports EPUB and PDF publications, MP4 videos, and supported chapter-audio files. Bulk import is supported through ZIP archives.

If an import fails, mention the file type, approximate file size, and the message shown by EpubLib.

Support and privacy

EpubLib does not transmit your library or personal study data to support. If you email support, the email address and message content you choose to send are used to respond to your request.
